In 1972, the Piancone family opened a full bakery and pastry shop. For the past 35 years and the next 35 years we were, are and always will be a Scratch Bakery. What is a Scratch Bakery? A Scratch Bakery
means we start each day blending an array of 3 to 8 of the finest flours then add live yeast starter (ours started only 10 years ago due to a
fire but still longer than some marriages!). Each day little adjustments must be made to each mix because of outside and inside temperatures, water temperatures and humidity,
just to name a
few of the varying factors. Our bread is made fresh every day, not just baked
every day - that's the Piancone difference. Additionally, we
